P O L I C I E S
CANCELLATIONS: If one must cancel or reschedule appointment, there must be a 24 hour notice.If client fails to do so, client will be responsible for 100% OF THE SERVICE.
NO SHOW: No-show appointments will require 100% of service paid, or will not be able to reschedule for future services.
LATE: Life happens, we completey understand, however there is a 15minute grace period for tardiness. Unfortunately when clients are late to their appointment it compromises the experience of the next client. Alexa reserves the right to reschedule your appointment. The Pink Rooms priority is to provide the best service possible.
